When booking appointments and you have to bring children make sure they are attended to by another adult if you're not able to. Kids tend to get bored and start playing with objects that are not toys. If children are not following salon rules, the service will be terminated or you can reschedule.

Charges for no show appointments will be applied to your next appointment or you will not be welcomed back. Last minute cancellations will also be charged on your next upcoming appointment. 

Please do not book shorter appointment services and expect to get a service that requires more time. For instance, if a haircut is 30 minutes don't expect a service that will take an hour.  It's not fair to the stylist or the clients after you. If you have any questions please call the salon.
